Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Privacy Policy

Rocket Cubes, a division of Whirlwind Trade Corporation, collects personal information (name, email, shipping address) only as necessary to process your order. This information is passed to Stripe for payment processing and is used solely to fulfill and communicate about your order.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to process payments and ship orders.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Rocket Cubes does not store your credit card information. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
